True or false. food would no longer heat up if the frequency is changed on a microwave?

I would think that it would be TRUE. The reason I say that is because microwaves make the h2o molecules vibrate which produces heat. If the frequency was changed,it would no longer make the h2o molecules vibrate so there wouldn't be any heat produced.
